We enjoy a challenge, and we have worked on a number of challenging projects in the Stockbridge area and the surrounding villages of Broughton, Houghton, King’s Somborne, Chilbolton, Awbridge, Timsbury, Michelmersh and Romsey.

LA Hally Architect have significant experience of working with the Test Valley Borough Council planning department and have secured planning for many projects including:

• A modern refurbishment overlooking a grade 1 listed dwelling
• A modern refurbishment of a house with an element of the building being built over a stream, which meant working with the Environment Agency to compliance with satisfied strict rules to protect the surroundings.
• A new build home in the village of Haughton, which involved dealing with Nitrate Neutrality issues. LA Hally Architect was the first in the region to get a small development through meeting Nitrate Neutrality rules with the Local Authority using our project as a Test case, something we are very proud of
• Building an extension to a house where the existing house was significantly smaller than the actual extension, with a clear and well-argued design access statement the project sailed through panning easily.
