Scope of Works – Extension + Renovation + New Detached Development
A largely unused part of the client’s property has been redeveloped to create a new three-bedroom house, alongside the renovation & extension of their family home. Surrounded by agricultural land, both properties make full use of their countryside views. They have been carefully designed to balance each other using similar timber cladding and white render. To the rear, large glazing and sleek roofing modernise and provide indoor/outdoor living. The client now enjoys new comfortable outdoor spaces surrounded by nature.
This project is the first to receive approval from the Local Planning Authority as being proven to be nitrate neutral with Full Planning Permission finally secured on 29th October 2020. https://www.civil.co.uk/news-1746
