LA Hally Architect have worked on a vast number of properties in Chandlers Ford. It’s an area in Hampshire close to our hearts, as this is where we, as LA Hally Architect, started our Architectural journey over 15 years ago. We have worked with many clients and several different property types in the area, and due to the eclectic nature of Chandler’s Ford, especially around the Hiltingbury area, we have had the opportunity to really test the limits of what is possible.

Examples of projects we have worked on include:

• A contemporary 2 storey timber clad extension connecting to single storey Bungalow, with front facing balcony which was a favourite in many well-known  lifestyle magazines
• A contemporary new build suitable for a family that required wheelchair access and careful special need provisions.
• A cantilevered minimalist timber framed rear extension
• Traditionally styled full renovations and complete external refurbishment to large family homes.
• A full, roof-off, renovation of a humble bungalow, creating an award winning home due to its interesting double pitched roof form and play with materials.

We have extensive of experience dealing with Eastleigh borough Council and find them quite a forward-thinking council who have encouraged contemporary and well-designed dwellings in their Borough.
