Architect in New Forest

LA Hally Architect have worked on numerous projects within the New Forest, and just outside it, particularly around Brockenhurst and Lymington. Obviously working within the New Forest has its challenges however, we have secured multiple planning approvals in these areas ranging including:

• Large scale renovation in an area close to a local listed church and also close to a river which runs through the middle of the site which has flooding issues, which meant brining in the right specialists, and considering structure carefully
• A new build project in a highly over looked site, creating a beautiful luxury home with ample garage space, careful orientation and planning created a private home
• A complete renovation of a 1930’s bungalow into an modern home, being the first on the street to take the leap into a more modern aesthetic. Other buildings on the street are now following our lead with is lovely to see;
• Renovation of a house close the beach to maximise views and create a modern open plan home.
