Scope of Works – New Build

Set amongst mature planting and cherry blossom trees is House 811, our clients charming 1.5 storey new build home. The new home is slightly re-orientated on site compared to its predecessor in order to increase the connection to and the enjoyment of the lovely setting that defines the site. Key moments in the new home include a double height vaulted dining and sitting room, a ground floor master suite that has direct connection and access to the garden, and a well defined entrance that provides a sense of arrival to the home.

Externally the home is characterised by its timber post & beam framed gable end windows, which sit comfortably between a classic red brick which creates a replacement dwelling that feels in-keeping yet contemporary at the same time. The inclusion of solar panels will help this home be self-sufficient and reduce its dependency on the grid, helping this to be a long lasting home for the years to come.
