House 439
Project – House 439
Location – Twyford
Scope of Works – Renovation + Extension
This project is in the charming village of Twyford which is also a character conservation area. Our client has extended their period home to open up the ground floor and reorganise their existing layout. The two-storey side extension created space for a utility room and new staircase, with the first-floor rear extension creating a spacious master suite with Juliet balcony overlooking their large garden.
The project was constructed from SIPS, which is a lightweight timber structure that made the construction process relatively quicker and easier to build than the traditional construction methods that could have been used instead. It’s also an environmentally friendly alternative to these traditional methods which has helped to expand our portfolio.
