Located in a picturesque sea-side villiage, our client originally purchased this property as a weekend retreat for himself and his family to enjoy their shared love of sailing. A developer with experience of delivering high spec. properties, he approached us to assist in converting this one bedroom ‘coach house’ style property into a three bedroom family home.

The existing boat store was converted into internal space, allowing for the addition of a large double bedroom with en-suite at ground floor, and with the first floor now accessed by an elegant metal and glass staircase the front door has now been able to be moved to its rightful place at the front of the property. High level veluxes have been replaced with enlarged French windows capturing views of the Marina, transforming the property into a light and spacious home, with more modern, sleek finishes.
