We鈥檙e on the lookout for enthusiastic Part 1 + Part 2 Architectural Assistants to work on some exciting new projects with us!!
ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
We are currently looking for ambitious and motivated Part I and Part II Architectural Assistants to join our small and friendly team, who will be working across a wide range of RIBA work stages assisting with the development of design proposals, preparing & submitting planning applications, co-ordinating with other members of the team, preparing drawings & visualisations, & liaising with both clients & contractors.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
路 A passion for high end residential design
路 A good interest in technical detailing
路 Proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe Suite & Microsoft Office
路 Proficient in SketchUp
路 Excellent design & presentation skills
路 Polite & professional attitude
路 Be able to work as part of small busy team
路 Excellent time management skills
路 Fluent written & spoken English
路 Full UK driving licence
路 Should be eligible to work in the UK and must be already living in the UK at the time of application
