Lesley & the team were fantastic from day one of our initial consultation. We wanted to extend our existing house to include more downstairs space as well as an extra bedroom/ensuite upstairs. The team sought to understand our requirements and preferences before producing some initial concepts that helped determine our final design preference. They guided us through the process and helped managed the interfaces with planning, structural engineers, and building control. They also actively managed the tender process providing comprehensive drawings and bill of quantities to the proposed contractors and helped to identify areas of cost savings once the bids were received. The team were also quick to incorporate changes to the design we requested at the last-minute post initial tender receipt.
