“LA Hally Architect provided architectural design and full Contract Administration for the rebuild of our bungalow. They gave us some much needed ideas and over several design iterations they worked with us, taking our feedback at every stage, until we arrived at a design that worked well for us and within our budget. They helped with the tendering process and contract administration, giving us regular updates. Unfortunately we had some unforeseen problems with our builder which, without their assistance, could have been a disaster. They saw us through that difficult time, to ensure our house was completed to our satisfaction. Whilst our house journey wasn’t easy, LA Hally Architect took a lot of the strain and worry and left us with a beautiful house that has not only been a good investment but has given us a home that works really well for us.
