Scope of Works – Renovation + Extension

Set back from the street and screened by trees, House 806 is a modest 1.5 storey home that has been transformed into a sleek, multigenerational family home with the addition of a 1.5 storey extension, internal modifications that create new public & private spaces, a first-floor ensuite & bedroom, and a private balcony. 

The house features new sliding doors that let in an abundance of natural light and provide views of the meadows to the rear, making each rooms feel more spacious. The outside finish of the property is a combination of timber cladding, zinc cladding, and red brickwork, which gives it a clean, modern look. The proposed strategy creates a new and more efficient site access route which divides the current shared site access.
