Scope of Works – New Build
The existing property was too small for this growing family, so we have designed a replacement new build home. The current property is semi-detached, whilst the proposed design is detached with a central courtyard being the new heart of the home. Additional bedrooms are added, with an open plan kitchen-diner, a playroom, snug, and study. Expansive glazing looks out over their established garden, countryside hedgerows and the South Downs National Park beyond.
Externally, a large central patio provides indoor/outdoor living, with new planting for privacy around the pool and outdoor shower room. A simple palette of pale render, grey cladding and metal roofing balance classical proportions and contemporary aesthetics.
