Scope of Works – Extension + Renovation
Our clients wanted a simplified open-plan layout to create a new family-friendly space with connections to the front and rear gardens through extensive glazing. These new spaces are facilitated by a single-storey extension that wraps round from the front to the rear, creating a new entrance hall, snug and larger kitchen. The new flat roof hosts a wildflower meadow to blend in with the wildlife corridor that runs along the boundary.
The extension is clad in vertical black timber with new black windows. This minimal palette ensures the brick and flint detail of the existing house remain prominent.
