Scope of Works – Renovation + Extension
After having done previous work for our client they decided they wanted to future proof their home, and they came back to us for help. Firstly their home had a two storey rear extension which overlooks their large garden. The new annexe joins to the existing house as a two storey side extension, with private balcony.
The property is rendered in white with dark window frames to modernise, and new hard landscaping for safer access to the porch.
