Scope of Works – Renovation + Extension
A traditional semi-detached property in the rural location of Michelmersh, this brick-built home had been poorly extended with a number of bolt-on additions, leading to it feeling cramped and dark.
Through removing these elements and consolidating the floor plan as a single multi-use space, a much brighter, more welcoming family home is able to be created. The dark grey tones of the new flat roof and windows perfectly compliment the deep red-brown brick, which is retained within the new design.
As is often the case with projects we work on, connectivity with the garden was poor and so large sliding glass doors have been introduced for improved access to these external landscaped spaces.
