Scope of Work – Two New Builds
We were asked by a local developer to design two family homes on a piece of unused land owned by a previous client of ours. Our aim was to design two buildings that sit nestled into the sloping landscape, creating a modern interpretation of the more traditional house of the existing development beyond. Much attention was taken to ensure the scale, materiality, orientation and materiality was a success in this tricky location.
